Ballroom Dance Lessons in Bournemouth

The 1st Dance Studio offers Ballroom Dance lessons for people of all ages and ability in Bournemouth at our Dance Studios in Poole, Dorset.

Come and join us at our Poole Dance Studio and learn Ballroom Dancing in a friendly and welcoming environment.

We welcome people of all ages and abilities. Come alone, or with your partner or group of friends. We are in the center of Poole, so you can even enjoy a drink or meal after your dance session and make an evening of it!

We have weekly group classes for the Absolute Beginner taking their 1st dance steps to the advance dancer.  There is also a weekly social dance party where you may come along and practice all you have learnt in your class or Private Lesson.

If you would like to learn at your own pace we offer private lessons for all ages during the day and evenings.  Private Lessons are the way ahead for learning as you are working in a 'one to one' with your teacher and can help fine tune any areas of your dancing.

For students who would like to work towards a specific goal, there is the opportunity of gaining a medal, as we have 3 Medal Exam days per year  with the U.K.A Examination Board.  Students may also enter competitions.
